Terrace- A little terrace outside for morning coffee or a slow evening drink.

Wellness barn- 

A 4 person spa hot tub sits at the heart of the barn, with lounge chairs alongside and blankets provided for cooler evenings. It's an open-sided space, so you're soaking in the fresh air with the estate around you.

Dunamese Barn- 

Seating and games - Seats up to 20 at long tables, with a ping pong table set up alongside. Also an open space, it works just as well for a long lunch as it does for an afternoon of table tennis. 

An (electric) BBQ area, a designated smoking area and a fire pit. Come evening it's the spot to settle in with a drink around the fire once the day winds down.

Extra linen - Additional linen bundles can be arranged for a surcharge, on top of the bedsheets, bath towels and bath mats already included for up to 30 guests.

For little ones - A high chair and baby cots are available, so younger guests are looked after from the moment you arrive.

Any equipment brought in by guests or vendors are subject to portable appliance testing, we must be provides with the relevant certificate. 

Online Check is mandatory, the main guest is required to give their full name, email address, full postal address, date of birth, phone number, selfie photo and a photo of there government issued identification and all remaining guests must provide there full names and phone number.

A security deposit of €500 is required, taken one day before arrival and is not included in the booking deposit or final payment.

Booking Deposit Policy:

 A 25% non-refundable booking deposit secures your booking, with the remainder due 60 days prior to check-in.

Any upgrades added at any time will reruire full payment for that upgreade option.

Heating for the Barn: The Sir Hurt barn, the main entertainment space at Fitz Of Inch, is  equipped with air heaters to provide warmth. Heating isn’t included in the standard booking fees; it’s an optional upgrade for an extra charge. Please note the following :

- The barn is not classified as a heated barn; rather, it is a barn with heaters. 

- Due to its structure as a farm barn, it may not retain warmth as effectively in colder weather. 

- If the weather temperatures are low we recommend you and your group wear weather appropriate clothing.

- Four air heaters are provided. 

- We can’t guarantee any certainty in the level of heat in the barn.

- Each heater is a 9kW heater, with a working temperature range of up to 25°C.

- The heaters operate on a time run system.

- We do not permit you to bring your own heaters.
