Seats 30–50 guests across three six-foot round tables, with two extra tables available on request. Cleared of tables, the barn holds up to 200 standing or in theatre rows. A sound system, unmanned bar, drinks fridge and a cosy lounge cinema area with plenty of couches. White tablecloths come as standard. (Option to add on extra linens)

Lounge- A comfortable living room centered on a wood-burning stove, with a record player, TV, books and a good stash of children's toys. 

Conservatory- A bright conservatory to give the whole group room to spread out. Holds 12. Perfect for your afternoon tea!

Kitchen- Fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a full set of utensils and crockery. 

One Bathroom- Upstairs you'll find the bathroom, with an enclosed shower and all the usual amenities are provided.

Terrace- A little terrace outside for morning coffee or a slow evening drink.

Wellness barn- 

A 4 person spa hot tub sits at the heart of the barn, with lounge chairs alongside and blankets provided for cooler evenings. It's an open-sided space, so you're soaking in the fresh air with the estate around you.

Dunamese Barn- 

Seating and games - Seats up to 20 at long tables, with a ping pong table set up alongside. Also an open space, it works just as well for a long lunch as it does for an afternoon of table tennis. 

An (electric) BBQ area, a designated smoking area and a fire pit. Come evening it's the spot to settle in with a drink around the fire once the day winds down.

Extra linen - Additional linen bundles can be arranged for a surcharge, on top of the bedsheets, bath towels and bath mats already included for up to 30 guests.

For little ones - A high chair and baby cots are available, so younger guests are looked after from the moment you arrive.

How it works - Glamping tents are arranged through an external provider that we bring in on your behalf. Let us know at the time of booking if you'd like them, so we can make the arrangements in good time.

Surcharges - A six-person tent is €300 and an eight-person tent is €350. *Prices are estimates and vary with availability and season.
