Do you have a minimum stay length?
We have a one night minimum stay and you can contact us
here and check availability along with our extended stay discounts!
When you book, are you renting the place exclusively?
Simple answer is yes, you will have access to the farm house, cottage, Gardens and the three barns! you will have our two dogs henry and Rosie on site along with their best friends (Cat) Stormy!
Do you accept families and what facilities do you have?
Yes of course families are always welcome, under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. we have cots/playpen (no bedding), high chairs, games and lots more.
How many people can the barns hold and is it heated?
- Sir Hurt Barn: Seats 30-50 guests with 3-5 six-foot round tables. Equipped with a sound system, unmanned bar, a drinks fridge, and a cozy lounge cinema area.
The Sir Hurt barn, the main entertainment space at Fitz Of Inch, is equipped with air heaters to provide warmth. Heating isn't included in the standard booking fees; it's an optional upgrade for an
extra charge.
- To activate the heaters, contact the host for the lock box code. Four 9kW air heaters are provided, running on two-hour cycles with a working range of up to 25°C.
- If a heater isn't blowing warm air, the reset button may need to be pressed.
- As a working farm barn rather than a heated space, it may not retain warmth well in colder weather, and we can't guarantee a specific temperature.
- In low temperatures, we recommend you and your group wear warm, weather-appropriate clothing.
- Dunamase Barn: Ideal for smaller gatherings, seating up to 20 guests at long tables. Features a table tennis area, BBQ space, and a fire pit accommodating up to 10 people, does not have any heaters.
- Wellness Barn: A relaxing space with a four-person spa hot tub, loungers, and yoga mats, does not have any heaters.
- South Wing Conservatory: A bright area perfect for intimate gatherings, seating 10-12 guests.
How many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens are there on site?
The Farm House is a cozy retreat that accommodates up to 18 guests in six beautifully decorated rooms, featuring two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a bright conservatory. The Stable Cottage offers charm and can host up to 12 guests with three inviting bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a lovely courtyard patio. *If you want to bring a few single air beds you may do so to allow for extra numbers.
Do you have packages or recommended activities and vendors?

Do you have a bar on site?
We do not have an alcohol licence for the premises, however we do have an un stoked bar and bar fridges and we also have recommended bar services in our vendors list who have different packages.
Can we host a wedding here?
We are not a licensed wedding venue with the HSE, you can however get married in the registry office and have the symbolic/ holistic ceremony with us and the party celebrations.

Room two: One Single bed, One Super King.
Room three: two Single beds as a bunk bed.
