How do I check in?
Check-in is from 5pm. Once you've completed your online check-in and added your card details for the security deposit, we'll send you your self check-in instructions — so you can let yourself in at a time that suits you.

What's involved in the online check-in?
It's a short form where we collect the relevant details for each guest staying, along with a photo of your government-issued ID (passport or driver's licence). Once it's completed, your self check-in instructions are released.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a €30 refundable security deposit per room. It's taken on the morning of arrival and released on departure, once the room and shared areas are left in good order.

Are there shared spaces?
Yes. Guests share the kitchen, bathrooms, lounge, conservatory, Dunamase Room and Wellness Barn. We simply ask that everyone leaves each space as they'd like to find it.

 Are the bathrooms shared?
Yes — our guesthouse rooms don't have en-suite bathrooms, so bathrooms are shared between guests. They're cleaned regularly, and you can message our team any time if one needs refreshing. Each room is provided with a bath towel, bath mat and face cloth.

How do we book a slot in the hot tub?
No booking needed — the hot tub is first come, first served in 20-minute slots, and there's no extra charge to use it. If you'd like to add bathrobes and slippers, you can do that in the upgrade section of your guest portal.

Is there a kitchen we can use?
Yes — a full household kitchen where you're welcome to cook and prepare your own meals. There's a dishwasher, air fryer, electric barbecue and a pantry area, plus tea and coffee facilities including Nespresso and Barry's Tea. You're welcome to label your own food and store it in the kitchen during your stay.

 Is there daily housekeeping?
We don't offer daily housekeeping. If you'd like fresh towels during your stay, just leave your used ones outside your door in the morning and we'll swap them for fresh ones.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn't provided on site, but you have full use of the guest kitchen to cook your own. There are also plenty of great local cafés and eateries nearby serving breakfast if you'd rather head out.
