Pre-Booking Information Pack

When you book Fitz Of Inch exclusive hire rental you can enjoy private access to the Farm House, Cottage, three barns, gardens, and the conservatory, allowing your group to experience comfort and seclusion in a private setting.

We will have the property set up on your arrival with all relevant requests and upgrades in place, you then will have the relevant property areas to yourselves, staff may check in on your group, we are not a full service property, we are a self catering exclusive rental, your group will have access to our full stay information pack/guide to the property with how to guides and digital supports.

Vendor/Supplier Recommendations

Please note that all vendors listed below are recommended to be booked directly with the provider. This is simply a recommended list of vendors and suppliers; we do not have any particular affiliation with these vendors, and the quality of services provided is their responsibility.

IMPORTANT: All vendors coming on-site must have full personal and business indemnity insurance, and we must have a copy of this insurance. Any vendor not on this list is not permitted on the premises unless authorised by us, and our terms and conditions must be followed.

The Sir Hurt barn, the main entertainment space at Fitz Of Inch, is now equipped with air heaters to provide warmth.

**We highly recommend this for the winter months and colder weather.

Heating isn’t included in the standard booking fees; it’s an optional upgrade for an extra charge of €250 per day.

The barn is not classified as a heated barn; rather, it is a barn with heaters.

Due to its structure as a farm barn, it may not retain warmth as effectively in colder weather.

We can’t guarantee any certainty in the level of heat in the barn.

If the weather temperatures are low we recommend you and your group wear weather appropriate clothing.

Online Check is mandatory, the main guest is required to give their full name, email address, full postal address, nationality, date of birth, nationality, gender, phone number, selfie photo and a photo of there government issued identification and all remaining guests must provide there full names, phone number and email address, This information is not for marketing purposes; it is solely for reservation reference and compliance with fire, health and safety regulations.

Due to limited availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates as we do not hold any dates.

All rates include VAT at 13.5%

Guests are welcomed to book glamping tents to be installed on site for your stay, this must be done directly with Fitz Of Inch Management, extra night/s may have to be booked to allow for set up and take down days.

Please note with glamping option it is recommended that you bring in shower and toilet blocks to facilitate guests. please note we do not provide electricity for the glamping tents therefore a generator may have to be rented in as-well if you wish to have electrics in the tents.
