To ensure you have an exceptional booking experience, we have compiled the information pack below to assist you in planning and booking your stay/event. We invite you to take a moment to review the details provided.
How the rental works
When you book Fitz Of Inch exclusive hire rental you can enjoy private access to the Farm House, Cottage, three barns, gardens, and the conservatory, allowing your group to experience comfort and seclusion in a private setting.
We will have the property set up on your arrival with all relevant requests and upgrades in place, you then will have the relevant property areas to yourselves, staff may check in on your group, we are not a full service property, we are a self catering exclusive rental, your group will have access to our full stay information pack/guide to the property with how to guides and digital supports.

Event Spaces and Barns:
Sir Hurt Barn: Seats 30-50 guests with 3 six-foot round tables. Two extra can be added.
Standing or row/theatre seating the barn can host up to 200 guests.
Equipped with a sound system, unmanned bar, a drinks fridge, and a cozy lounge cinema area.
Dunamase Barn: Ideal for smaller gatherings, seating up to 20 guests at long tables. Features a table tennis area, BBQ space, and a fire pit accommodating up to 10 people.
Wellness Barn: A relaxing space with a four-person spa hot tub, loungers, and yoga mats.
South Wing Conservatory: A bright area perfect for intimate gatherings, seating 10-12 guests.
For larger groups, we can arrange outdoor tents or a marquee at an additional cost.
White table cloths in the barns are provided as standard.
Please note: that the barn is NOT heated however you can add on the use of our electric heaters in the upgrades section at an additional cost.

The Farm House:
1: Two Single Beds, One Super King.
2: One Single bed, One Super King.
3: Two Single beds as a bunk bed.
4: One Single bed, One Super King.
5: Three Single beds.

The Stables Cottage:
7: Three single beds, One Super King.
8: Four Single beds.
9: Three Single beds.
Over 30 Guests: *If you want to bring a few single air beds you may do so to allow for extra numbers. You can also book glamping tents to be installed on site for your stay.
*Please note that some beds that are super king beds can be changed into singles and some singles can be changed into super king beds, this would require two weeks notice in writing.
Bedsheets, bath towels and bath mats are included (up to 30 guests)

Due to limited availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates.
Please note that we do not offer pre-booking or pre-stay viewings.
Weddings: Please note we are not a registered wedding venue, any legal side of marriage would have to be preformed in the registry, you can host the celebrations and symbolic side of the event with us and use the venue as normal.
All rates include VAT at 13.5%.
Online Check in
Online Check is mandatory, the main guest is required to give their full name, email address, full postal address, nationality, date of birth, nationality, gender, phone number, selfie photo and a photo of there government issued identification and all remaining guests must provide there full names, phone number and email address, This information is not for marketing purposes; it is solely for reservation reference and compliance with fire, health and safety regulations.
Vendor/Supplier Recommendations
Please note that all vendors listed below are recommended to be booked directly with the provider. This is simply a recommended list of vendors and suppliers; we do not have any particular affiliation with these vendors, and the quality of services provided is their responsibility.
IMPORTANT: All vendors coming on-site must have full personal and business indemnity insurance, and we must have a copy of this insurance. Any vendor not on this list is not permitted on the premises unless authorised by us, and our terms and conditions must be followed.

The Farm House
The Farm House is a cozy retreat that accommodates up to 18 guests in six beautifully decorated rooms, featuring two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a bright conservatory.
The Stables Cottage
The Stable Cottage offers charm and can host up to 12 guests with three inviting bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a lovely courtyard patio.
Booking Terms and conditions
Minimum Stay: One night
Barns Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Bedrooms Check-in Time: 5:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged (as an upgrade option)
A security deposit of €500 is required, taken one day before arrival.
Prices may vary based on availability, seasonality and demand in line with our dynamic pricing mode, all prices quoted on the phone or online are subject to change.
Booking Deposit Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the remainder due 60 days prior to check-in.
