Apology from Fitz of Inch
We want to sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience some of you encountered at the Christmas event held here on Saturday the 13th of December 2025. We've heard from numerous attendees who were understandably disappointed and upset, and we want to assure you that no one is more disappointed or upset about it than we are. We contracted a professional entertainment company to provide the characters, staff and entertainment at this event and they did not deliver to our expected standards.
The team here put a lot of work into having the venue looking festive, promoting the event in advance and on the day we did our best to keep the show on the road but in truth we were beaten before we started. The subpar performance and quality of characters delivered by the entertainment company were not what we had hoped for. They were not in line with what we had been promised or in-line with those presented to us at the pre-promotional content shoot and most importantly they were not what you and your family deserved.
We take full responsibility for the events held at Fitz of Inch, and this is not the standard we strive to uphold. Any patrons who have attended events with us over the years will know that to be true however, there were many first-time visitors attending also, we feel we have let you all down and want to assure you this was not even remotely close to the quality expected by Fitz of Inch.
Our previous events have consistently received positive feedback, even our Christmas concert, held here that evening, was extremely well received and enjoyed by over 240 attendees.
We have had a positive relationship with the entertainment company in the past and were truly shocked by the issues that arose during this event. We have reached out to address the many shortcomings and have contacted them by telephone and in writing on behalf of our family and yours, to express our disappointment. We are awaiting their response however, in the interim we would like to extend our most sincere apologies once again, to those who attended.
Warm regards,
Michael Fitzpatrick &
The Fitz of Inch Management Team
