Our fees are clear and transparent, incorporated into the guests booking costs to ensure your profits remain intact. We have a one off start up fee to you the owner that covers all the software and listing set up.

  • We take care of everything from guest self-check-ins to ensuring every guest feels at home. Guests receive access to a portal with how-to guides, local amenities, house rules, and more. Custom content can be added upon request.

  • Your property will be listed on top booking platforms like Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, and more, including a direct booking page on our site for seamless guest bookings.

  • We ensure your property is always pristine, providing thorough cleaning services, laundry, and management of your existing cleaners.

  • We handle all aspects of booking management, including setting competitive rates, collecting payments, and keeping your calendar full.

  • Within three days of signing up, you'll gain access to our comprehensive owner portal. Monitor reservations, financial reports, upcoming payouts, and block off dates you want to keep unavailable.

  • We prioritise safety by requiring guests to complete an online check-in process, including selfie and government ID verification.

  • Our dynamic pricing system adjusts rates based on demand and local events, ensuring your earnings are optimised. Simply set your minimum nightly rate, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • We secure damage deposits or credit card authorisations from guests, providing coverage in case of any damages.

  • We manage all booking charges and fees, with monthly payouts to you. If any issues arise, we handle refunds smoothly.

Comprehensive Cleaning Services

At Stays By Michael, we maintain properties to the highest standards. From seamless self-check-ins to meticulous housekeeping, we ensure your property is well cared for.

- No Cleaning Fees for Property Owners: We don’t charge you a cleaning fee for guest stays. The fee is a direct pass-through cost from the guest to our cleaning team. We arrange for thorough cleaning after each guest, and as an owner, you are only responsible for cleaning if you stay at the property. If you have preferred cleaners, we can work with them, providing cleaning checklists and support.

- Laundry Services Included: We handle the laundering of sheets, bathrobes and towels after each guest’s stay, ensuring they’re fresh and ready for the next arrival.

 

Styling and Furnishing Support

If you need assistance with furnishing or decorating your property, our experienced team can help. We have extensive experience in Airbnb interior design and know exactly what works best for short-term rentals.
