Our eco-friendly property runs on solar power, features water conservation, and includes a solar-powered car charger. We offer six guest rooms in the farm house accommodating up to 18 guests, with three rooms in our onsite stables cottage for up to 12 guests. The farm house features two spacious bathrooms and a charming country kitchen with all essentials, plus a cozy living room. The cottage has a kitchen and bathroom. Our two entertainment barns are perfect for gatherings, featuring karaoke, a cinema area, fire pit, table tennis, a bar area with fridges, a living room, spa hot tub, and BBQ area. The Sir Hurt barn, the main entertainment space at Fitz Of Inch, is now equipped with air heaters to provide warmth. Heating isn’t included in the standard booking fees; it’s an optional upgrade for an extra charge. Please note: The barn is not classified as a heated barn; rather, it is a barn with heaters. Due to its structure as a farm barn, it may not retain warmth as effectively in colder weather. If the weather temperatures are low we recommend you and your group wear weather appropriate clothing. Four air heaters are provided. Each heater is a 9kW heater, with a working temperature range of up to 25°C. The heaters operate on a time run system. We can’t guarantee any certainty in the level of heat in the barn. A few days before you are due to stay we will send you out our welcome email which will have our residents portal link this is where you can plan your trip, get your how to guides and learn about you check in and check out information. You will also get an email about our online check in, this is handy so you can be all prepared for your stay. Once you have checked in online you will get all the self check in info! During their stay, guests will have full access to the house, beautiful gardens, entertainment barns, and all the essential amenities. Keys to the property and gate access codes will be provided to ensure a seamless experience. For added convenience, daily housekeeping services can be requested at an extra charge, offering a butler service to attend to any needs or preferences throughout their stay.
